DAN DONOHUE is a comedian, actor, and writer from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He cut his teeth as a stand up in Boston before moving to Los Angeles where he regularly performs at The Improv and Elysian Theater. He headlines select venues (sub 250) throughout the rest of the country and can often be seen on the road as an opener for comedian and actor Jon Rudnitsky. He has also featured for Ryan Hamilton and late legend Norm MacDonald.
Dan hosts the podcasts Danswers and Basket of Cats (with co-host Benton Ray). He’s a frequent guest on Soberish with Jessa Reed and can be heard on The Todd Glass Show, Cutting Weight, A Closer Look and more.
In early 2020, Dan began to amass a major following on Tik Tok and Instagram by showcasing observational bits and one-liners while washing dishes. He has experimented with different formats and bits on the platform and his audience continues to grow rapidly online and at his live shows.
