FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How do I access my tickets?
Tickets are sent via email to the address you provide during online check out. They can be printed out, or scanned directly from your mobile device. If you cannot find your tickets, we can look them up by name or credit card number at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets are available for purchase at the door, unless the show is sold out in advance.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
You can either print your e-tickets and hand off in person, forward the e-ticket email to the transferee, or email contact@themidtowngr.com.com to leave names at Will Call.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are only refunded to point of purchase if the Artist cancels the performance and a rescheduled date cannot be made.
How does seating work?
Unless otherwise marked on a show listing, most shows are General Admission seating. First come, first serve.
Premium Seats are located in the first two rows of the venue. First come, first serve.
Do you have handicap accessible sections?
The chairs in the main floor seating area are all movable.
Do you allow re-entry?
Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket stub.
Where do I go to the bathroom?
Restrooms are located outside of the venue on the mezzanine.
Are kids allowed?
Unless otherwise marked on a show listing, children are allowed. We recommend ear protection for indoor concerts.
Do you have a coat check?
We do not have an active coat check, but provide coat racks inside the venue.
What kind of food and beverages are available?
Beer, Wine, Cocktails, Soft Drinks, and Snacks
Can I bring water?
Please avoid bringing any outside beverage containers into the venue. We provide water for each guest upon request.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. However, we offer a full bar and range of snacks.
Is parking validated?
Guests who park in the Studio Park(ing) ramp can have their parking validated with any purchase of food or beverage from One Twenty Three Tavern. The venue does not validate for shows.
Are we allowed to stand and dance?
As long as you are not disturbing those around you. There are open areas near the back of the room to stand and dance.
Do you have an ATM?
There is no ATM on site at Studio Park.
Can I take photos and video?
Photos with no flash are permitted as long as you are not distracting others with your phone use. No flash photography is allowed inside the venue during a show. Please stay in your seat while filming or capturing photos as not to disturb those around you.
Where can I locate the lost and found?
Studio Park’s lost and found is located at Guest Services on the 1st floor.
Can I meet the performers?
Our venue holds an artist sells; artist keeps merchandise selling policy. Many artists take that as an opportunity to meet you. Some shows offer a VIP Meet and Greet opportunity and will be marked as such on the website show listing.
Are there hotels nearby?
In the Studio Park complex is the pet-friendly Hilton Canopy Hotel.
